We will also include walks through Company gardens and Greenmarket square.  A short walk through the infamous Malay Quarter to take photos and drive half way up Signal Hill to experience the firing of the “Noon day gun” are inclusive.

Intriguing places to enjoy a coffee, meal and art/gemstone experiences  in the inner city will compliment this  wonderful day of discovery in the “Mother city”

Table Mountain

Iconic Table Mountain, one of the NEW 7 Natural wonders of the world, is the first stop of this amazing day tour. Travelling up by modern Cable car (only 3 of its type in the world) is an exciting and awe-inspiring experience. Once on top of the mountain, magnificent vistas of Cape Town and surrounds welcome you. The cliche’ “On a clear day you can see forever”, rings true.

The walk on top of the mountain gives opportunity to see rare flora dotted around the walkways and an encounter with the furry ‘Rock Rabbit’ ,also known as a Rock Hyrax or local name “Dassie”. Its diminutive size belies the fact that its closest relative is the colossal African Elephant.

All in all your time at Table Mountain promises to be a highlight experience of your visit to the Mother City.

Drive along Atlantic seaboard and through V&A Waterfront (Most popular tourist spot in South Africa)

12 Apostles as seen from Maiden’s Cove                                    View over Waterfront toward Table Mountain

We will drive along the scenic Atlantic seaboard starting at Camps Bay beach, through Maiden’s cove and past Clifton, and Sea Point, through  the V&A Waterfront and into the city.

City Hall                                                                                                 Example of buildings in Cape Malay Quater (Bo Kaap)

Our drive will take in the sights of iconic buildings, places of interest and fun and will give you a real ‘feel’ for the vibe of the city as well as her history. Take time to soak in all there is to offer as you venture into South Africa’s founding city.
